For piling & foundation contractors
Know what every pile earned — before the job is over.
From the tender rate to the final account, BizSuite tracks every bored pile, every cubic metre of concrete, every tonne of steel and every litre of rig diesel against the contract that pays for it. Your job P&L is live, not a surprise at handover.

The problem
What's costing you money today
Production measured on paper
Pile logs sit in site files while the IPC is prepared from memory. Under-claimed metres are money you never see.
Concrete and steel overruns found late
Over-break and wastage only show up when the supplier statement arrives — weeks after the pour.
Rig diesel nobody can reconcile
The site tank is filled, rigs are fuelled, and the numbers never meet. Diesel is the cost that leaks quietest.
Mobilisation advance and retention in a spreadsheet
Advance recovery, retention held, retention released — tracked by hand, and argued about at the final account.
The BizSuite way
Built around how your business actually works
Pile records drive the claim
Record each pile — reference, diameter, depth, concrete and cage — and the measured quantities flow straight into your payment certificate.
- Production measured from the piles themselves
- Design vs actual depth, concrete and cage weight per pile
- Each pile linked to its BOQ item and rig
BOQ, cost codes and committed cost
Break the contract into BOQ lines and cost codes. Every LPO commits cost against them, so the forecast shows where the job will land — not just where it has been.
- Budget vs committed vs actual per cost code
- Cost-to-complete forecast
- Tender estimate linked to the cost you now incur
Payment certificates (IPC) and retention
Cumulative interim certificates with previous-to-date logic, mobilisation advance recovery and retention withheld — posted to the ledger and invoiced with 5% VAT.
- Advance recovery reduces the taxable base
- Retention held and released on the record
- Final account per project
Rig & site diesel control
Tank deliveries in, issues to each rig out, dips reconciled. Fuel cost lands on the project the rig was working on, and per machine for the equipment report.
- Site tank reconciliation
- Fuel logs per rig and per project
- Operating cost per machine
Subcontractor packages
Award packages, certify subcontractor work, hold their retention and pay against certified value — the mirror of your own client certification.
- Package value vs certified vs paid
- Subcontractor retention ledger
- Back-to-back with your own IPCs
Crews, timesheets and WPS
Daily attendance by site, timesheets by project, and labour cost allocated to the job the men actually worked on. Payroll exports a WPS SIF file for your bank.
- Labour cost per project
- Accommodation & transport cost per site
- Visa, Emirates ID and labour card renewals tracked
How it flows
From first step to final margin
-
1
Tender
Price the BOQ in Estimating. The rates you win at become the budget.
-
2
Mobilise
Receive the mobilisation advance — recorded, with VAT, and recovered automatically from each IPC.
-
3
Pile
Site records piles, concrete, steel and diesel against the project every day.
-
4
Certify
Prepare the IPC from measured work; retention and advance recovery calculated for you.
-
5
Invoice & collect
An FTA-compliant tax invoice is raised from the certificate and tracked to payment.
-
6
Close out
Release retention and agree the final account — with the job's true margin in front of you.

FAQ
Piling & Foundation: common questions
Can BizSuite prepare interim payment certificates (IPCs)?
Yes. Certificates are cumulative — this certificate, previous and to-date — with mobilisation advance recovery and retention calculated automatically, then invoiced with 5% UAE VAT.
How is retention handled for VAT?
Retention withholds payment, not tax: the full certified value is taxed when invoiced, and the retention is tracked as a receivable until it is released.
Does it track concrete and steel per pile?
Yes. Each pile record carries its design and actual depth, concrete volume and cage weight, and links to its BOQ item and rig — so quantities can be checked pile by pile.
Can we cost our rigs and cranes to each project?
Yes. Equipment usage, fuel and maintenance land on the project the machine served, while the equipment report still shows the full operating cost of each machine.
