1. Who we are
BizSuite ("we", "us") provides an ERP system for construction and heavy equipment businesses in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
2. What we collect
When you request a demo, the form asks for:
- Your name, your company's name, your work email address and your mobile or WhatsApp number
- Your type of business, and — if you choose to tell us — your number of employees, your emirate and a message
- The page you were on when you sent the form, so we know which part of the website you were reading
Like any website, our servers also record technical details of each visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising, analytics or social media tracking on this website, and we never sell personal data.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your demo request, arrange the demonstration and follow up on it — because you asked us to
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse of the form and fix faults — because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe service
- To meet legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information
We will not add you to marketing mailing lists without asking you first.
6. How long we keep it
We keep a demo request for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
7. How we protect it
Connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to demo requests is limited to authorised staff who sign in to a separate, protected operations system. Repeated form submissions from the same source are rate-limited.
8. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data, or stop or restrict how we use it
- Stop contacting you
We will reply within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
9. Data inside the BizSuite application
When a business uses BizSuite, that business decides what data it enters — about its employees, customers and suppliers — and is responsible for it. We process that data on the business's behalf, under the agreement we sign with it. If you are an employee, customer or supplier of a business that uses BizSuite, please contact that business about your data first.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
