1. About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Information on this website

We describe BizSuite as accurately as we can, but the information here is general. Features, modules and timelines can change, some features depend on the modules a customer chooses, and anything we mark as "on the roadmap" is not yet available.

Figures, companies and people shown in screenshots, mock-ups and videos are fictional demo data.

Nothing on this website is tax, legal or accounting advice. Confirm your obligations — for example under UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, eInvoicing or Labour Law — with a qualified adviser.

3. Subscriptions and the application

A subscription to BizSuite, and use of the application, are governed by a written agreement between us and the customer. These terms do not give anyone a licence to use the application.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you must not:

  • Break any law, or use the website to mislead or harm others
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or any account
  • Disrupt the website — for example by overloading it, or by sending automated or repeated form submissions
  • Copy large parts of the website, or collect data from it by automated means
  • Submit false or someone else's details in our forms

5. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, screenshots, videos and software, and the BizSuite name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

6. Our liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
