For civil, infrastructure & building contractors

Every project, every cost, every dirham — on one ledger.

BizSuite connects estimating, procurement, site, stores, plant, people and finance, so your project managers and your accountants finally look at the same numbers. Every expense is tied to a project the moment it is entered — the database will not accept one that isn't.

The problem

What's costing you money today

Site and office on different numbers

The PM's tracker says one margin, the accounts say another, and nobody trusts either.

Purchases approved after they arrive

Materials ordered by phone, invoices paid twice, and no record of why that supplier was chosen.

Subcontractors paid on trust

Certified value, paid value and retention held live in three different places.

Month-end takes half the month

Bank reconciliation, accruals, VAT and payroll all done by hand — and redone when something changes.

The BizSuite way

Built around how your business actually works

BOQ, estimating and forecasts

Win at a rate, budget at that rate. BOQ lines and cost codes carry budget, commitments and actuals, with a cost-to-complete forecast every PM can read.

  • Tender estimating linked to the job
  • Committed cost from every LPO
  • Forecast final cost and margin

Procurement with controls

Site raises a requisition, procurement runs an RFQ and compares bids, the LPO is approved, goods are received, and the invoice is three-way matched before it can be paid.

  • Requisition → RFQ → LPO → GRN → invoice
  • Three-way match: ordered vs received vs billed
  • Supplier bank-change control against payment fraud

Client certification

Interim payment certificates, variations through the BOQ, advance recovery and retention — each certificate posts to the ledger and becomes a VAT invoice.

  • Cumulative certificates
  • Retention release on the record
  • Final account per project

Subcontractor management

Packages, certification, retention and payment for every subcontractor, measured against what your client has certified to you.

  • Certified vs paid vs retained
  • Service receipts for non-stock work
  • Subcontractor statements and ageing

Site file and HSE

Correspondence, site instructions and safety records kept with the project — the file the consultant asks for, ready when they ask.

  • Site correspondence register
  • Safety observations and incidents
  • Documents attached to the record they belong to

Finance that closes itself

Every document posts its own balanced double-entry journal. Bank statements import from CSV or Excel and auto-match; a month-end checklist keeps the close on the record.

  • Division and project P&L, live
  • Bank import with auto-matching
  • Period locking after month-end

  3. 3

    Build

GRNs, material issues, timesheets and plant hours land on the project as they happen.

  4. 4

    Certify

Monthly IPC from measured work, with advance recovery and retention.

  5. 5

    Bill & collect

FTA tax invoice, collections follow-up and credit hold for slow payers.

FAQ

Civil & Building Contractors: common questions

Is every cost linked to a project?

Yes — it is enforced by the database itself. An expense cannot be saved without a project or workshop job card, so overheads never hide costs that belong to a job.

Can we split one supplier invoice across several projects?

Yes. One invoice can be allocated to several projects; the shares must add up to the invoice total before it posts.

Do we need to change how our accountant works?

No. It is a full double-entry general ledger with an IFRS-aligned chart of accounts, trial balance, period close and reversal-only corrections — the controls an auditor expects.

Can site engineers use it without seeing the finances?

Yes. Nine roles with a permission matrix you control; site engineers see only the projects they are assigned to.
